Return Policy

At Glamour Witch Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns of items in new condition within 30 days of purchase or 15 days after delivery, whichever is later.

How to Initiate a Return:

To determine if you qualify for a return, please contact us at savanna@glamourwitchboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When returning your item, ensure it is securely packaged with cushioning material to prevent any damage during transit.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
