At Glamour Witch Boutique, we take pride in creating unique, handmade products using natural materials. As a result, the product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of our craftsmanship. We handcraft our items with care, using natural crystals, soy wax, and botanicals, which may cause subtle variations from one product to another. While we strive to accurately describe our products, please understand that due to their natural nature, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in appearance.
Returns and Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us at savanna@glamourwitchboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Additionally, for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To ensure you receive the item you desire, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
