ORDERING + PROCESSING
How long will my order take to process?
Our current processing time for ready-to-ship orders is approximately 10–12 business days. Preorder items follow the turnaround time listed for that specific preorder.
Can I combine orders?
Yes, in many cases. Please reach out before placing or shortly after placing the additional order so we can confirm whether combining them is feasible.
SHIPPING
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged item so we can review the issue.

Start with Shop by Scent to browse fragrances by family, including herbal, earthy, warm, resinous, citrus, and sweet profiles.
Are the same fragrances available in different products?
Many Glamour Witch fragrances are offered in more than one format. Availability varies by scent and collection.
