Shipping policy

Our current processing time for ready-to-ship orders is approximately 10–12 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during launches, preorders, holidays, or other high-volume periods. Any updated turnaround time will be communicated where applicable.

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are ready. If ready-to-ship and preorder products are purchased together, the entire order will follow the preorder turnaround time.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

International shipping is available where supported at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Local pickup is available as an option at checkout when applicable. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting pickup.

Separate orders may sometimes be combined. If you would like orders combined, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm whether it is feasible before fulfillment.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery and transit are handled by the carrier. If a package becomes delayed, missing, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, a claim may need to be submitted with the applicable carrier. Glamour Witch Boutique is happy to provide tracking or order information needed to assist with a carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged products, please include clear photographs of the damaged item, internal packaging, and shipping box so the issue can be reviewed.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
